Name :
Recombinant Human MEGF10 Protein (hFc Tag)

Biological Activity :

Background :
MEGF10 (Multiple EGF Like Domains 10) is a Protein Coding gene. 2 alternatively spliced human isoforms have been reported. This gene encodes a member of the multiple epidermal growth factor-like domains protein family. The encoded protein plays a role in cell adhesion, motility, and proliferation, and is a critical mediator of apoptotic cell phagocytosis as well as amyloid-beta peptide uptake in the brain. MEGF10 may also function in the mosaic spacing of specific neuron subtypes in the retina through homotypic retinal neuron repulsion. It belongs to the MEGF family. Diseases associated with MEGF10 include Myopathy, Areflexia, Respiratory Distress, And Dysphagia, Early-Onset, and Dysphagia.

Buffer Solution :
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4.Please contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % – 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Please refer to the specific buffer information in the hardcopy of datasheet.

Shipping :
In general, recombinant proteins are provided as lyophilized powder which are shipped at ambient temperature.Bulk packages of recombinant proteins are provided as frozen liquid. They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise.

Redissolution :
A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
