Name :
Recombinant Human hnRNP-R Protein (His & GST Tag)
Biological Activity :
Background :
HNRNP R, also known as HNRNPR, is an RNA binding protein. HNRNP R gene belongs to the subfamily of ubiquitously expressed heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteins (hnRNPs). HnRNPs complex with heterogeneous nuclear RNA (hnRNA). These proteins are associated with pre-mRNAs in the nucleus and appear to influence pre-mRNA processing and other aspects of mRNA metabolism and transport. While all of the hnRNPs are present in the nucleus, some seem to shuttle between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. The hnRNP proteins have distinct nucleic acid binding properties. HNRNP R has three repeats of quasi-RRM domains that bind to RNAs and also contains a nuclear localization motif.

Storage and Stability :
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Endotoxin Level :
< 1.0 EU per μg of the protein as determined by the LAL method
Protein Construction :
A DNA sequence encoding the human HNRNPR (O43390-2) (Ala2-Lys636) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
Buffer Solution :
Lyophilized from sterile 20mM Tris, 500mM NaCl, 0.5mM GSH, pH 8.5, 3mM DTT, 10% glycerolPlease contact us for any concerns or special requirements. Normally 5 % – 8 % trehalose, mannitol and 0.01% Tween80 are added as protectants before lyophilization. Please refer to the specific buffer information in the hardcopy of datasheet.
Shipping :
In general, recombinant proteins are provided as lyophilized powder which are shipped at ambient temperature.Bulk packages of recombinant proteins are provided as frozen liquid. They are shipped out with blue ice unless customers require otherwise.
Redissolution :
A hardcopy of datasheet with reconstitution instructions is sent along with the products. Please refer to it for detailed information.
