Application: Rabbit polyclonal anti-RAB3D antibody is used to tag RAB3D, member RAS oncogene family for detection and quantitation by immunocytochemical and immunohistochemical (IHC) techniques. It is used as a probe to determine the presence and roles of RAB3D, member RAS oncogene family in exocytosis and transcytosis within non-neuronal secretory cells. General description: RAB3D, member RAS oncogene family (RAB3D, RAB16, RAD3D, GOV, D2-2) is a low molecular weight Ras-like GTPase involve in the regulation of intravesicle transport during exocytosis and apically directed transcytosis. RAB3D is found primarily in the secretory granules of non-neuronal exocrine secretory cells such as mast cells and pancreatic acinar cells.
