Application: Anti-SNAPC1 (AB1) antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 2.5 μg/ml. For immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration of 4-8 μg/ml is suitable.
Biochem/physiol Actions:
SNAPC1 is required for the transcription of RNA polymerase II-dependent genes. It acts as a general transcription coactivator and is functional in elongating RNA polymerase II-dependent gene transcripts.
