Protein Construction :
A DNA sequence encoding the Human IL17A (Q16552-1)(Gly24-Ala155) was expressed, with a Strep II at the N-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the Human IL17F (NP_443104.1) (Arg31-Gln163) was expressed with a N-terminal polyhistidine tag followed by an AVI tag, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the IL17A & IL17F Heterodimer was purified.
