Application: Anti-CCL18 antibody produced in rabbit is suitable for western blotting at a concentration of 0.5 μg/ml. For immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded tissue sections, a concentration of 4-8 μg/ml is suitable.
Biochem/physiol Actions:
CCL18 is a weak chemoattractant for naïve T cells and recruits T and B lymphocytes and NK cells. It binds with a subset of CCR3 receptor population, CCR1, CCR2, CCR4 and CCR5, and inhibits chemotaxis.
